Mobile Weighing Product

Want to make your forklifts even more versatile than they already are? This can be done very easily via a wide range of RAVAS iForks. These are the world's first and most complete wireless forklift weighing fork sets. They can be quickly mounted on any forklift and ensure that there is no longer any limit to the efficiency of your logistics processes.

The ideal thing about the iForks
Ideal, these iForks. They can be used effortlessly for cross-docking, weighing incoming and outgoing goods and the safe loading and unloading of containers. They are also very easy and quick to install on all makes of forklift trucks (new and used). How is that possible? All components of the weighing system are fully integrated into the forks, eliminating the need for additional cabling.

In brief
The two weighing forks communicate the weight via Bluetooth on the display in the cabin. So no extra actions and movements are needed to have real-time data in hand. The iForks are a cleverly thought out and developed product. Over the years we have introduced different versions of this product to the market so that we can precisely meet your wishes and needs.

New generation iForks-32
The iForks-32 is a highly accurate, new generation of iForks, which is excellent for customers in both logistics and industry. It's for when you want to weigh your products efficiently and provide real-time data to your WMS system, without impacting your process. These weighing forks are powered by compact Lithium ion batteries (plug and play!) and are supplied with Bluetooth 4.0 data transfer as standard.

Surpassing iForks-52
The weighing forks iForks 52, with intuitive touchscreen, have even more to offer. For example, operators can weigh even more precisely and the touchscreen display offers more options. There are also plenty of variations in this series. Think, for example, of a calibrated version, deviating fork lengths, piece counting and extensive data communication.

Especially for food and pharmaceuticals
Then there are the RWV-C wired iForks. These are forks that are suitable for dosing, mixing and counting in food and pharmaceuticals. It is a wired version so there are never any charging problems. All electronics are developed exclusively for mobile use and your options are endless. If your specific application requires it, we also fit stainless steel forks.

For example, the drivers of your forklifts can read the measurement of the load on the forks via a display. Overloading lorries, warehouse racks and the forklift is thus a thing of the past.
