Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our products.

2. Conduct regular maintenance on customer equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the efficient operation of attachments.

3. Respond promptly to customer after-sales service requests, providing technical support and consultation.

4. Record and report issues encountered during repairs, and suggest improvements.

5. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new products, and provide training to customers on the equipment.

Job Requirements: 

1. At least 2 years of experience in mechanical repair or after-sales service; experience in forklift attachment maintenance is preferred.

2. Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot.

3. Strong hands-on skills and the ability to independently carry out repairs and maintenance.

4. Good communication skills and customer service awareness, capable of effectively solving customer issues.

5. Willingness to travel; a driver’s license is preferred.
